Kullanım Koşulları

Wassera'yı kullanarak bu koşulları ve Apple'ın Standart Lisans Sözleşmesi'ni (EULA) kabul etmiş olursun.

Wassera Pro abonelikleri

  • Wassera Pro aylık ve yıllık otomatik yenilenen abonelik olarak sunulur. Fiyatlar uygulamada ve App Store'da ülkene göre gösterilir.
  • Ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında Apple kimliğine yansıtılır.
  • Abonelik, mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce kapatılmazsa otomatik olarak yenilenir ve yenileme ücreti dönem bitmeden önceki 24 saat içinde alınır.
  • Aboneliği iPhone Ayarları → [adın] → Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir ve otomatik yenilemeyi kapatabilirsin.
  • Ücretsiz deneme sunulursa, deneme süresinin kullanılmayan kısmı abonelik satın alındığında geçersiz olur.

Kullanım kuralları

Kullanıcı adında ve arkadaş özelliklerinde başkalarını rahatsız eden, saldırgan veya yanıltıcı içerik kullanma. Bu kurallara uymayan hesapları kaldırabiliriz.

Sağlık uyarısı

Wassera bir tıbbi cihaz değildir ve tıbbi tavsiye vermez. Böbrek, kalp veya sıvı kısıtlaması gerektiren bir durumun varsa su hedefini doktorunla belirle.

Sorumluluk

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

By using Wassera you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA).

Wassera Pro subscriptions

  • Wassera Pro is offered as monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app and on the App Store for your country.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage the subscription and turn off auto-renewal in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Acceptable use

Don't use usernames or friend features for harassing, offensive or misleading content. We may remove accounts that break these rules.

Wassera is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. If you have a kidney or heart condition or a fluid restriction, set your water goal with your doctor.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
